The following
dispositions set out the general conditions of distant sale and purchase on the
Italian territory of the products offered via the website www.firesign-brand.com , The Brand
“Firesign” detains full ownership on the products until the moment of delivery
and the reception of the full price, including expenses and taxes.

The process of sale through the website www.firesign-brand.com (hereinafter
"the Store") was carried out in full compliance with the legislation
on distant sale and in particular Articles 50 and following of the Italian
Consumer Code D. Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005. The use of the process of
distant sale described in these general conditions of sale is reserved for the consumers
(hereinafter "the Client" or "Clients" or
"Consumer") who act on their behalf. The execution of the purchase
order via the website www.firesign-brand.com implies total and absolute prior knowledge of
these general conditions of sale and their full acceptance. These general
conditions of sale shall be considered applicable and valid since they are
accessible on the website www.firesign-brand.com.
The products are
offered for direct sale in Italy (but courier service shipping is available for
Italy, the other EU countries, and worldwide according to the listed shipping
zones with corresponding shipping fees). Only available products can be ordered
with the exception of promotional offers valid for a specific period. In this
case, the consumer must pay attention to the time limits and duration of
validity.
In case of disputes arising from this contractual relationship, the parties
undertake to seek, before any legal action, a solution dictated by common
sense.
In accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code, the Store provides the
consumers with information about the products and the main characteristics of
the goods offered (sizes, colors, composition, description, etc.) and the
price, including fees and taxes. In addition, the features will be visible in a
photograph illustrating the product offered on the website. The consumer acknowledges
that the photograph of the product in the site has an indicative value. There
may be changes due to treatment of photography. All information is given via
the website www.firesign-brand.com in accordance with Article 52 of the
Consumer Code.
Prices are quoted in Euros. The VAT tax is the Italian VAT. The Store reserves
the right to modify at any time the present general conditions of sale.
General Conditions of Sale
The acceptance and confirmation are done through the insertion of data in four
stages:
1) Addition of the products chosen to the Shopping Cart.
2) Indication of personal data for delivery.
3) Selecting the payment mode
4) If payment is made by credit card, the final acceptance by the customer is carried out with the inclusion of their bank account (credit card number and expiration date).
To change the order, you just need to click on the "shopping cart" button
on the top right of the screen. The change is only possible only until the first
payment step.
Final confirmation of the order is made with the insertion of the bank/credit
card coordinates, in case of online payment.
Products and Prices
1. Rates
The selling price
of the products on the website www.firesign-brand.com
, is stated in EUR, and is the one in force at the time of order registration
from behalf of the Customer.
The price does not include shipping costs, which are placed separately from the
price of the purchased products and depends on the amount and weight of the
order. The shipping costs will be indicated before the order registration by
the Customer.
The prices include the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order and any kind
of change in this rate will be applied automatically to the price of the products
sold.
The selling prices of the products may be changed at any time. This change will
be reported to the customer before the order.
2. Product Features
Before ordering, the customer can check on the site the main characteristics
of the product or products that they want to buy.
The Customer can selects one or several products among the different categories
available on the site, with the possibility to be informed about all of the essential characteristics of the
products (sizes, colors, composition, description, price).
These features are also visible thanks to the photography that illustrates the
product or appears explanatory. The photos are not part of the contractual
field. The Customer acknowledges that the photograph that represents the
product that appears on the website has only an indicative value. Alterations
can in fact appear because of the treatment of the photo itself.
In the event that a supplier would change a product, the graphic representation
of the same cannot engage the seller's responsibility nor relate to the validity
of the sale.
“Firesign” reserves the right to modify the assortment of products subject to
the obligations related to its suppliers.
3. Specific conditions of the offers of www.firesign-brand.com
Specifically, in the context of certain operations, like "Lotto
Offers" or "Vouchers", the discount will be applied in
proportion to the value of each item.
The Orders
Every order implies acceptance with no restrictions or reservations to these
general conditions of sale.
Every order done through online payment will be taken under consideration only
after the acceptance of payment by the GIE credit cards, interrogated through
the PayPal payment server.
From the moment the customer has registered the order by clicking on the
"Confirm" button, and consciously accepts without reservation the
present general conditions of sale, the price, volumes and quantities of
products offered for sale and ordered.
The customer can cancel the order through their legal right to withdraw.
The order of the customer must be confirmed by the Store through an email. The
sale will be considered final only after notification to the customer of the
order confirmation by the Store and the collection of the entire amount of the
price of the latter.
“Firesign” recommends to the customer to conserve the information in the order
confirmation sent by the Store on a paper or electronic document.
“Firesign” sells the products present on its website only retail and to end
consumers. Any order apparently not corresponding to a retail sale or more
generally considered fraudulent will be considered as null and void.
Confirmation and Storage of the Order
The order number will be communicated to the customer after the acceptance of
the transaction by the bank. The confirmation of the order, once accepted, will
be sent by mail to the customer as soon as possible, in accordance with Article
53 of the Consumer Code. This email will contain a reminder of the items
ordered, the amount paid, the shipping charges and the order number.
In case, independently of our will, an article that is not available was
ordered, the client will be informed by mail, with notice of unavailability
and, in case of payment by credit card, the refund of the missing article will
take place within 10 days. The Orders are stored on our server for a period of
10 years from the last order. At any time the customer can access the details
of the orders by sending an email with a request for information from the site
itself.
Payment
Payment must be made by the customer when ordering online. At no time, the
amounts paid will be regarded as down payments or installments.
All orders are payable in Euros. To pay for the order, the customer has two
payment methods: with Credit Card or with Bank Transfer (see details below).
Payment by Credit Card
The payment by the customer can be made by credit card, simple and secure way
for online purchases. The Store accepts payment with all Credit Cards accepted
by PayPal.
We guarantee to our clients the maximum security thanks to the most used on the
market encryption solution. In fact, by clicking on the credit card payment,
the customer will be directed to the payment site guarded by PayPal, which
implements the SSL security standard. The confidential data is transmitted in
encrypted form to PayPal. The transaction is automatically charged on the day
of the order and shipped to the customer not later than 5 days after the order
was placed on the site. The store reserves the right to request a photocopy of the
identity card and / or the customer's credit card for payments made by credit
card (recto - only the first 4 and the last two digits - and versus).
Payment by Wire Transfer
On the site you can find directly the bank data to make the transfer. The order
received will be considered valid once received the transfer (usually within 2
days from order).

Fraud Control of Credit Cards

the order data. The non Transmission of the data relating to the order prevents
the realization and the analysis of the transaction.
“Firesign” has the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer
and to take the necessary measures (request for justification or cancellation
of the order) to verify that the person on whose bank account will be charged
is the same that carried out the order and to prevent any fraudulent use of
bank cards. The Customer guaranties to “Firesign” that they have the permission
to use the payment method chosen at the time of the purchase order record.
“Firesign” reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and / or delivery,
whatever its nature and status, in case of non-payment of the amount due by the
customer, in case of payment incident or in the event of fraud or attempted
fraud concerning the use of the website.
The Penalties amount are equal to the legal interest rate plus three points and
are automatically applicable to the unpaid posts at the end of a period of ten
days after the date of shipment or of the bank payment denials or any other
method payment. The shipment of any other new order may be suspended in the
event of late payment of a previous order.
Returns & Refunds
Customers not satisfied with the received products can exercise the right of
withdrawal provided for in Article 64 of the Consumer Code. The customer has 7
calendar days from the product delivery date (indicated on the envelope).
Within the period mentioned above the Customer shall return the goods to the
Store in Italy through shipment. To do so, it is sufficient to return the items
intact, unused, with their original packaging, accompanied by the good of
return duly and fully completed.
If paying by credit card, the refund is made by crediting it to the account
from which made the payment order was made. There is No reimbursement for the
shipping. If paying by check, your refund is by check sent to the customer by
mail to the delivery address of the order. Refunds are made within one month or
more after the date of reception by the Store of the returned products.

The product return costs are paid by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to notify the company that they withdraw from
the purchase, without penalty and
without stating the reason, within 7 calendar days from the day after the
delivery of the package.
If paying by credit card, the refund is made by crediting the account from
which the payment order was made. Shipping Fees are Not reimbursed. If paying
by check, your refund is by check sent to the customer by mail to the delivery
address of the order. Refunds are made within one month or more after the date
of reception by the Store of the returned products.
The product return costs are paid by the customer.
Warranty – Conformity
In case of non-compliance or apparent problem of the submitted product, the
customer can make a complaint via e-mail.

The parties agree that all disputes relating to the sale via the website as
described above shall be resolved under the competence of forum of Justice in
Milan, Italy, where the “Store” is located.
